Crazy idea?

Kings-Raptors-Wolves

Kings get A.Johnson, JV, Fields, 2015 1st, 2017 1st (from Raptors), Hummel from Wolves

Raptors get Cousins, Casspi, Hollins (from Kings), Young (from Wolves)

Wolves get Ross, Hayes (from Raptors), Stauskas, 2nd round pick (from Kings)

Someone sounds like a blind Raptors fan lol

2.) 13 Feb 2015
Sorry but 2 1st rounders from a playoff team won't help kings. I'm pretty sure kings can get better offers than that

3.) 13 Feb 2015
JV is untouchable

4.) 13 Feb 2015
JV is untouchable? So a JV for Cousins deal and the Raptors turn that down?

5.) 13 Feb 2015
Agreed with above stuff. As wolves fans we joking about number one pick still isn't good enough for cousins.

Wizfan, but you would turn down Gortat, Beal and a 1st for Cousins? I think the blind fan thing goes both ways, Gortat is 30 JV is 22 (and already significantly better than Gortat), Beal is a good young scorer with upside (and some injury issues) but to classify him a franchise player is seriously jumping the gun. I would think there is more value in 14 mil in expiring contracts, a 22 year old improving 5, and an extra 1st for a rebuilding team

For the record I wouldn't trade Beal in many package for Cousins. I know I'm the only one on this whole site who feels that way but hey we are all untitled to our own opinions. An offer of JV and two first round picks for Cousins is fair? I think the Raptors are still getting the better end of the deal easily. Cousins is a known star while JV is still developing and the two picks are a huge unknown as they will likely be late first round picks. But compared to some of the crazy idea trades for Cousins, JV and two 1s isn't a bad offer, I just wouldn't expect the Kings to accept the deal. Nor would I expect the Kings to accept Beal Gortat and a first round pick for Cousins either. In regards to Beal, yes he has injury issues during his first three years in the league, and yes he wouldn't be as good as he is without Wall on the team but still in my opinion Beal could be the franchise piece but just not on a team with a chance to win a title.

I wouldn't necessarily expect them to accept either, but it is what I'd be willing to give, and it is definitely a fair offer, especially if Cousins is looking to move on. To compare value: JV has as much if not more potential than Beal to be a "franchise" piece and at a premium position, Gortat and Amir are basically a wash skill wise with Amir providing more options for a rebuilding team (resign to reasonable contract, expiring deal, flip to contender) as well as being younger and cheaper and they would be getting an additional 1st as well as an additional 7 mil in expiring contracts, so while I agree it may not be accepted I think it's ridiculous and hypocritical to call me a blind Raptors fan for putting forth a deal that is far superior to one you would turn down for your team

See I don't think Johnson and Gortat are equal talent and I don't think JV has close to the potential Beal does but I guess that makes me a blind Wizards fan right? Lol look man if I offended you with the joke my bad I'm just saying I think your a little to hopeful for that trade to happen

I also don't believe the Wolves would move Young for basically Ross. I really like Ross potential but with Wiggins, LaVine, and Bazz the Wolves don't need to invest in another wing player
