- get some good young pieces and start the rebuilding process
Jazz trade: Burks, Burke
- try strengthen the squad to make a run at the playoffs.

A Burks for Conley swap is legit but 1. Conley is expiring and 2. Burks is on a very bargain contract ecspecially with the cap rise next season.

no way memphis do this. i think conley and a 1st for lyles and hood is better.
