Mem trades: Mike Conley, Jeff Green, Vince Carter

Cavs trades: Tristian Thompson, Matt Dellavedova, Iman Shumpert, Current first round pick and 2018 first round.

Memphis will be in rebuilding mode and Tristian, Shump, Delly will give the Memphis a young defensive core along with Gasol. Also two late first round picks for incentive.

Cavs receive a talented guard in Conley who can play side by side with Kyrie and gives yet another threat. Green would likely be a sixth man and a huge assert off the bench and Carter brings the leadership and experience while giving valuable rest to the starters.

1) Thompson is going no where with his contract
2) Dellavedova wouldn't be backup if Lebron wasn't on the team and everyone knows it.
