Am I missing something? Why do people think Ariza has so much trade value? I don't see how Ariza and Kj daniels gets them any of those pieces. I think they'd be happy to get just #24. Trade makes zero sense for Pelicans and they don't need to start winning now besides I don't see how trading Holiday and Evans for inferior players Ariza and Daniels and trading down 6 spots in the draft achieves that. They need to get quality and healthy players around a healthy Davis. Jazz wouldn't give up that much for Holiday who can't stay healthy. Don't understand why Sixers would want anything to do with Evans either but isn't terrible value wise for them especially netting the #6.

Thank you Jaw457 You saved me a bunch of typing. It is a horrible trade for the Pelicans. But they do need to win now within the 4 year window left in AD's contract. But you NAILED it on the health part.
