Why is Brown not a good fit with Simmons? Brown is an athletic SF who can get to the rim, and if Coach Brown is planning to use Simmons at PG as he has suggested, throwing Oops to Brown could be entertaining.

I'm not saying I like the trade, only that those two could co-exist.

Boston will not give BKN pick or Brown for Okafor - they can give 76ers a pg in Smart or Rozier, some low 1rd pick and maybe some small fillers.

It would have looked batter as pick#3 (dunn) and rozier. A deal like that would just show that Danny made a mistake not making the trade at the draft. Can't see him admitting defeat like that.

. also I think that if Okafors value is a bench player and low first round pick then the Sixers will obviously be keeping him. Both sides (fanbase wise ( seem to currently be ok with that.

Tired of Boston and Philly trades. Boston see less value in okafor because of his past. So Philly best bet is to move on and look elsewhere.

I don't want brown alone. Boston needs to give up smart or brown and Brookyln pick next year. If not, tell them to go away. I'd rather have Oakfor off the bench then give him to Boston for a lesser player.

Brown isn't a lesser player. he's the 3rd overall and just hasn't had a chance to show what his potential is. Kid has the potential to be a better all around the okafor, jus tmay take time.

Hes at a position of need for the sixers.

The sixers have lost some value by clearly logjamming the big man position.

But still. tre swears Okafor is Olajuwon. or at least he has the same trade value. So it MUST be 2 top 3 pics for okafor. MUST BE!
