If I were the Heat I'd highly consider this deal. Gay gives them much needed scoring after losing Wade (and who knows what's up with Bosh) and Collison isn't a huge downgrade from Dragic. Worst case they free up cap space.

Don't like the deal for the Kings since I think they should be focused on rebuilding and not trick themselves into thinking they can be decent in short term.
