If Noel wasn't an expiring who is either going to be re-injured, or get overpaid, he'd have real value. It may be more than the healthy Shabazz, but nobody is going to give up much for a non-max RFA, especially a team that isn't going to the playoffs this year. They will simply try to make a big offer this summer for Noel, in the of chance he shows he's the answer.
