I actually really like the Okafor for Hield swap. AD can cover some of Okafor's deficiencies defensively and offensively I think they can coexist well with Davis' expanding range. Okafor is young but in the correct role (which I think he'd be able to play in Nola) he can be a monster on low block and contribute right away.

Contributing right away is what Nola expected when drafting 22yr old Hield but he hasn't panned out thus far. I think he can still find his way and once he does his shooting would be a major asset to 76ers.

I don't like the Houston part quite as much for 76ers but I guess a mid to late pick isn't an awful return for Noel who they need to move before the situation gets worse and Houston needs a big with Capela injured.

I only did the Houston because it seems the situation with Nerlens and Philly has become tumultuous and in such a deep draft that pick will have value. Especially because the clear goal is to build around Joel.

Let's make Okafor for Heild happen!

Okafor for heild makes sense.

Not sure why philly would then trade Noel for that package. So that'll be a pass from philly.

From the Pels perspective it makes sense as well. They could play Evans/ Moore at the 2. They would have 3 Centers but could dump Ajinca at yr end and Asik becomes backup. then Pels need to get a SF because Hill is not the answer.
