I like Melo to the Knicks but if Knicks deal Melo I think they wouldn't want a bunch of veterans but young guys or draft picks to begin to build around porzingis. Certainly don't see Knicks trading their pick

This would most likely keep them in contention in the East this year though. let's them get rid of Melo and Rose's contract and gives them the following lineup:
Collison/ Jennings/ baker
Lee/ Crawford/ holiday
Gay/ thomas
Porzingas/ hernangomez/ kuzminkas
Noah/ Koufos/ o'quinn

Clippers:
CP/ Felton
Redick/ Rivers
Melo/ Mbah a moute
Blake/ Bass/ B. Johnson
DJ/ Speights/ Stone

Kings:
Rose/ Lawson
Afflalo/ Mclemore/ Temple
Barnes/ Johnson/ Casspi
Tolliver/ Labissire
Cousins/ WCS

Kings would probably play small in the 2nd unit with Lawson, Temple, Johnson, Casspi, and WCS
