1 - McConnell / Sergio / Pierre
2 - Monk / Stauskas / TLC
3 - Ben / Ariza / Rocco
4 - Saric / Noel / Beasley
5 - Embiid / Holmes / Smith

We trade Jah and our 2017 2nd for Ariza

Assuming we don't get the Lakers pick we just draft Monk, if we get the LA pick we draft Monk and Isaac if we can't get Ball or Fultz. ( Ball and Fultz or options 1 and 2 for us but I'm assuming they are off the board )

We pick up TJ's, Nik's, and Richaun's options while resigning Rocco and hopefully Noel as long as it doesn't handcuff us when it comes time to resign JoJo and Ben.

We sign Pierre Jackson to the league minimum. If the Lakers pick ends up ours instead of re-signing Sergio hopefully we will draft either Ball, Fultz, or Smith in which case they can start next to Monk and TJ will come off the bench.

Sign Jason Smith via Free Agency to give us a veteran to bring off the bench at the 5 who has decent range offensively. If Noel is not re-signed pursue Michael Beasley to split time with Dario at the 4.

Embiid is a lock at the 5 as long as he stays healthy and should be the focal point of our offense. He will also dominate the paint on the defensive end giving us a potential super star to build around.

Saric has come along nicely and looks more comfortable with every game. Having him and Noel alternating at the 4 gives us a phenomenal situational duo to pair with Embiid. If Noel's price tag gets too high a Saric and Beasley combination will do nicely.

Simmons is locked in as our point forward and another star of the future. Our offense should be run through him and other pick ups need to be based on complimenting Ben and Embiid as they are our franchise cornerstones. The Ariza pick up gives us a veteran presence to back him up with great three and D potential.

Malik Monk has a high ceiling as a catch and shoot threat from the perimeter. The idea of Ben Simmons dropping dimes to Monk at the arc should excite Sixers fans Stauskas is still an up and comer who will be another solid shooter coming off the bench for years to come. TLC should sneak minutes wherever he can and in certain situations can slide in at the 3 as well.

If we have a shot to draft Lonzo Ball or Markelle Fultz they need to be the pick. Ball provides another player with phenomenal court vision who can knock down 3's and compliment Ben well. Fultz has arguably the highest offensive ceiling of any point to come out in recent years. An offense featuring him and Monk with Embiid, Simmons, and Saric should be terrifying for the next 5-10 years. TJ needs to stay in Philly even if we get Ball or Fultz to be our backup. He could start next to Monk or come off the bench behind Ball or Fultz. He has the perfect Philly Sports mentality and killer instinct.

This is how I think the Sixers should approach the off season. Let me know what you guys think.

Why would the Rockets do that? Capela is better than Okafor and Okafor doesn't fit Antoni's system.

Part of the reason I'd like to bring Noel back. Heaven forbid JoJo runs into more injury issues we'd have a young talented back up. We've been extra cautious with him though. I think he can get healthy and be a corner stone. Nobody can predict the future though.

As for the Ariza trade, Houston could use a young talented big with offensive upside to grow with Harden. Plus our 2nd in a deep draft for a player past his prime? I think it's plausible.
