I don't know if Monk can play point. Also, there is absolutely no way Splitter can play the 4.

Simmons would be the primary ball handler and Monk would be second. Also Splitter would obviously never get PT unless of injuries, he's a veteran presence.

Ya I wouldn't view Monk as playing point since Simmons would be the playmaker and primary ball handler as a point forward but Monk would defensively matchup against point and play off the ball primarily on offense. I think this pairing is ideal for both as it takes advantage of their strengths offensively and minimizes their potential weaknesses defensively (Monk is a bit undersized to play sg and Simmons may have trouble keeping up with the quicker guards in NBA) .

I think Monk should be third on 76ers big board behind Fultz and Ball. I like the Lee trade but not sure how eager Knicks are to just clear salary especially when Lee hasn't played poorly for them and they don't have a natural replacement.

Not a fan of McAdoo and not sure what he has done to deserve that money. I like the idea of a veteran leader like Splitter and as a hardworking veteran guy I think he'd be solid mentor especially from his time with Spurs.
