Although Boston could just sign Hayward outright (if they didn't get Jordan) I think the Jazz would want more considering they are giving up both Hayward and Favors.

That would be a very good return for the Clippers on Jordan in the event Paul and Griffin leave. Favors is still on the young side and although he was plagued by injury this past season its worth taking a chance on him in the final year of his contract for a rebuilding team. Although I' m not sure how Smart would fare as a full-time starting point guard I think he can be solid if you play him to his strengths. he is also young and maybe when forced into a bigger offensive role he can improve his game there more.

Utah can't expect much of a return in a sign and trade, when Hayward could simply lose Hayward for nothing, and they have no control over it.
