If Orlando can move up in the draft

Phoenix: Biyombo+ rnd pick Orl(draft J Jackson)

Phoenix draft Ball or Fulzz with the second pick

If Orl move up I doubt theyed trade as they need a star if they did then lakers don't get their pick which would mean Sixers do and I'd rather trade the 1st pick for the 4th and 5th and draft Tatum and Fox and fill two needs for Orlando better pg and a scoring sf so two star potential players.
Sixers add Fultz to have a big 3 or 4 depending on how Saric and Simmons gel.

Why would Orlando give up on landing a star for an injury prone Bledsoe and Bender who doesn't seem to be anything more then the prototypical euro Big Man.
