Celtics Trade: Pick 1, Jaylen Brown, Avery Bradley

Celtics Get: Jimmy Butler, Pick 39(sixers)

Bulls Trade: Jimmy Butler

Bulls Get: Pick 3, Jaylen Brown, Avery Bradley, LA 2018 pick, Pick 50 (sixers)

-Bulls re-bulid, that simple, it needs to happen
- Celtics really don't need a young Fultz, they'd be better off with an established star in Butler. Sign Hayward in FA
-Sixers give up some future, but they need to start making moves, and Fultz is their guy, Sign Lowry

Take out lowry and replace him with reddick and its solid. Just because lowry is from philly doesn't make him a fit. with the addition of fultz and simmons already in place there's no need for lowry and the massive contract he'll demand.

I think that's too high of a price to move from 3 to 1 in a draft that is talented, but a definite drop off after pick 3. More then a few experts feel J. Jackson may be the best talent in this draft. No eat do I include the lakers unprotwcted next year. Maybe switch it with sixers pick next year (or lesser of the two) . That laker pick could be top 3 again.
