Portland receives pick 32, 36, & 39. They still have 2 first round picks and salary cap issues.

Philly selects Fox at #4 and BPA at 20. Someone will slide like TLC last year.

Sixers have a tons of 2nd rd and that 32 pick is not enough to move up even 1 step.

I think Sixers would only move down to take a better fit player like Monk if they see him as a great fit but would also require a decent player or two for their bench as they need some vet help and guidance but if the deal they want isn't their they will jus draft Jackson and work things out later on.

Suns don't do that. They can pick up a decent player or draft and stash player with that 32 pick.

Portland has too many contracts the way it is. Why would they move a first for a bunch of seconds? Maybe if Phili took Meyers Leonard in the deal.
