I like the Thompson for Anthony trade but just leaves Cleveland very thin at centre.

I think that Cavs team would be slightly better than they are now. Only issue I see is Melo makes like 10 mill more than Thompson plus his trade kicker so Cavs would have to add Frye or something to match salaries. Also, Miami is reportedly high on Whiteside but I don't hate the trade for them since they could try and add someone like Favors on the cheap to play center.
