Toronto need to free up cap space if they want to retain Lowry, Ibaka and Tucker. Brooklyn should be willing to take on any bad contracts if it gets them more picks in the 1st round.

I think Nets will have a lot of suitors looking to dump contracts into their cap space but in a vacuum this trade makes sense for the Nets and Raptors.
