If I'm Milwaukee I'd probably try and get Jordan for myself instead of helping another team get him. Lopez wouldn't be a bad pickup tho and he has a reasonable contract so don't think this trade would be terrible.

Not certain what Jordan's value is like on the open market since only playoff teams would most likely be interested in the 29 yr old and most of them already have a solid starting center. Also, he isn't signed long term and teams may hold off dealing for him until they see if Paul and Griffin resign since if they don't Jordan's value plummets since Clipper would have little leverage and would be trying to deal him for something.
