NYK- #4 pick, Brandon Knight, Dragon Bender
PHX- Kristaps Porzingis

The Suns would make a lot of sense for Porzingis. They have Booker, Bledsoe and Chriss to build around. Adding Porzingis to that group can give them some serious potential in a few years.


NYK- #14 pick, Josh McRoberts
MIA- Carmelo Anthony

The Heat would like to get someone to attract LeBron next year. Melo is good friends with him and could offer a good core or Whiteside, Melo, Dragic. The Knicks shouldn't expect to get much more than a fringe Lottery pick for Melo.

This gives the Knicks some young players to build around and salary to offer Max contracts to upcoming FA. The Knicks need a rebuild and this would be the only way it makes sense to me.

Put in bledsoe instead of knight and its a good trade.

I don't understand how moving 21 yr old Porzingis who has proven himself to be a potential superstar makes Knicks better. He is probably one of the better young building blocks in NBA so I think its foolish to deal him away for Bender (who has looked like a bust thus far) and #4 pick (I think Jacksons gone by then so its Tatum who I think is safer option but doesn't have as much upside) and Knight who doesn't look the same after his injury.
