It's a fair trade for the Knicks. I think one first rounder is enough from the Clippers side.

Clips have nowhere enough cap space to make this move without renouncing both Paul and Griffin. Knicks won't accept that either, they are not going to want Crawford in the deal. I would suggest Rivers instead of Crawford, and one less first.
