Rest of Minnesota's offseason

Trade Cole Aldrich, a 2018 2nd round pick (from Minnesota) and a 2019 2nd round pick (from Miami) to Brooklyn for KJ McDaniels

Minnesota can then choose not to pick up McDaniels option and save 7+ million or keep him as a bench guy and save 4+ million.

Free agents:

Patrick Patterson - 4 years, 40 million
CJ Miles - 2 years, 12 million
PJ Tucker - 3 years, 21 million

Rubio/Jones
Wiggins/Miles
Butler/Tucker
Patterson/Bjelica

I agree this is the type of deal MIN might consider.

Aldrich gets $7.3 mil this year, and a $6.9 mil team option ($2 mil guaranteed), so the contract isn't horrible, and BRK might even get some use out of the guy.

MIN can use more cap space.

You just need to find a different player.
