This is not great for Minnesota. They need shooting. And don't get any in this trade. Plus, they can't trade their 2019 1st, as they owe their 2018 1st to Atlanta.

What are you talking about Carl006? Chandler is a solid shooter who could play the 4 in certain lineups and Beverly has shot north of 38 percent from 3 the past 2 years.

I actually love the trade for Twolves. Beverly gives them a hard-nosed 3 and D point guard who would fit perfectly with that team and Chandler is a versatile forward who could play pf for them.

Although Rockets are clearing cap space its not that much (Brooklyn shouldn't send back any significant salaries to Rockets) and losing two solid role players in Beverly and Anderson. I know its rumored heavily but not a fan of Rockets getting a real point guard when Harden played so well there this past season. I think they'd be better off getting a two way pf like Millsap.

I agree that this is bad for Houston Jaw. I think Anderson and Beverly both have value and would argue that Beverly actually has a lot. Most contending teams would love to have him as a backup pg and he could start for a lot of teams. He can pass, shoot, and in a league with so many dominant pgs his defense is huge. As a Cavs fan, I think he would be the perfect backup pg for them and would similarly be great for other contenders like the Warriors, Spurs, and Boston. He's like Delly with NBA level athleticism. He out works everyone on the court. He's a player that fires up the entire team with his effort. Those are the kind of guys that can get you past other elite teams without needing a ton of shots and you can't really game plan for them.
