76ers/Celtics
Congrats to Celtics on signing Hayward. It does come with some casualties though in order to clear the approx 30mill in cap space....
As per ESPN Celts must
1. Let Olynyk go as ufa
2. Not resign Jerebeko, Green, Young
3. Waive or trade Mickey and Jackson
4. Trade either Smart, Rozier, or Crowder.

Thats a lot of bench guys that have to be let go(actually only Olynyk was a key guy). And I think Crowder is the odd man out with Hayward, Tatum, and Brown all key wing contributors.
So heres the trade

Sixers get: Crowder
Celtics get: 2 most favorable 2nd rd picks in the sixers vault, one in 2018, one in 2019.

I believe picks are all the Celtics can recieve on order to cut the needed salary.
Crowder adds depth to the wing and toughness to the young sixers.

With Bradley, Smart and IT all due extensions next offseason I think its more likely Smart or Bradley get dealt than Crowder who is still on one of the biggest bargain contracts in the league. Bradley is the better fit but he'll likely command over 20 mill per year in unrestricted FA so there is risk of him not coming back and Celtics having to go deep into luxury. Although the wing is crowded I think they can find the minutes for Hayward, Tatum, Brown and Crowder between the 2, 3 and 4 spots.

I think Crowder as a gritty, versatile and very cheap starting caliber player would be worth more than 2 2nd rounders. I think Celtics will have plenty of suitors since every team could use a guy like Crowder and ultimately will get better offers. If I was 76ers I'd be trying to snag Bradley who would be a great fit as a 3 and D guard who they could afford to pay with guys like Reddick coming off the books after next year.

Crowder will go in a deal with a draft choice for a quality big. If you believe a couple of throwaway 2nd-rounders will get him to Philly, you're quite mistaken.
Let's talk Holmes.

I don't think they want to let AB go. They'll make a deal for a big C and if they don't get to the finals then I think they'll let IT walk and invest in Bradley and get a PG. Gasol is the name coming up for the C but to be honest he's not a big rebounder, he'll be a body in the paint though. If Horford will commit to the 5 then Boston, Cavs, and Knicks should talk and Cavs get Melo, Boston gets Love, and Knicks get Crowder with Cavs and Boston giving a pick to the Knicks.

Your crazy if you think the Celtics can only get 2 second round picks for Crowder.

Billj, the Cavs don't need the Celtics to get Melo and why would the Cavs give up Love and a pick for Melo. Love has more value than Melo.
