I really do think the Heat have had a great Plan B. They brought back almost their whole team and I think Olynyk is a great fit beside Bam in the 2nd group. Here's some remaining moves to round out their roster

-Sign Ramon Sessions 1yr 4m
-Re-sign Luke Babbitt 1yr 3m

SG: Waiters, Richardson, Ellington
SF: Winslow, McGruder, Babbitt

I mean Heat are now in that basketball hell where they will surely make playoffs but aren't going to be good enough to get out of the first round. They just filled up most of their cap space too and don't have any extremely promising young talent. They are likely going to be stuck here for next 3-4 years and maybe sneak into 2nd round one of those years. When Dragic and Whiteside get old and their contracts start coming off the books they can try and do another fast rebuild by signing FA but they likely fail to do so with no star player already in place and go back to gutter and depending on ping pong balls.
