Cleveland gets- Carmelo Anthony

New York gets- John Henson, Mathew Delladova, Kay Felder, 1st rd pick (MIL)

Milwaukee- Andre Drummond

Detroit- Kevin Love, Rashad Vaughn

Not really sure how Milwaukee ends up with Drummond for henson (underproducing, overpaid, disgruntled) Delladove (just not good and way overpaid) vaughn (who? ) and a pick that likely isn't lottery in the weak east.

They arguably get the best player, but offering up the worst parts. Makes no sense.

I just ran on the trade machine, a trade with the pistons and bucks for those 3 players for drummond. Straight up. the bucks improve by 3 games and the pistons are worse by 7. For obvious reasons, this makes zero sense.

Hamburger is spot on about Milwaukee. The Cavs end up over paying for Melo. They aren't trading Love let alone adding a 2nd year guard on a team friendly contract who will be contending for their back up pg position for Melo. If the Cavs would do this, the Knicks are better off taking Felder and Love even if they don't plan on keeping Love. They could get a lot more than 2 career back ups who are in their mid 20s on fairly bad contracts and a late first for Love else where. If the Cavs were willing to do this, Jackson would have personally drove Melo to Cleveland a month ago.

Ah yes, the foolish bucks homer comment. Well, how many times did the bucks make the playoffs the past two years? Heres a hint. same as the Pistons.

Heres another biggie. why does it even matter? Does drummond have a no trade clause? Does he have even a shred of say in the matter?

Well, Drummond wants a championship, so he should get traded to the warriors for a 2022 second round pick.
