Reasonable value but not sure this is the direction Raptors want to go in. They want to move JV to get a more athletic lineup by moving Ibaka to the 5 and bringing in a versatile forward. Lopez although a better defender than JV doesn't really provide this. Also, Raptors who are slightly above luxury cap probably don't want to make this move as they'll try to get under it before the trade deadline.
