MIN/CLE/PHX

My crazy attempt to get Kyrie to MIN without getting rid of Wiggins, so bare with me

Cavaliers-
GET: Bledsoe, Chandler, 2018 lottery-protected 1st (OKC), 2020 top-10 protected 1st (MIN)
LOSE: Irving, Shumpert

Keep a starting caliber PG, add depth at C behind Thompson and get 2 future 1sts. Adding Chandlers contract is nearly a wash by trading Shumpert

Timberwolves-
GET: Irving, Dudley, Elijah Milsap
LOSE: Dieng, Tyus Jones, Bjelica, Aldrich, 2018 lottery protected 1st, 2020 top-10 protected 1st, 2019 2nd (MIA)

They want a superstar without giving up wiggins, they'll have to trade a lot of pieces. Adding dudley helps space the floor, but losing Dieng and Aldrich gives them little depth behind Karl now. They can move Teague mid year for a good back up C. But they now have a big 4

Suns-
GET: Dieng, Jones, Shumpert, Bjelica, Aldrich, 2019 2nd (MIA)
LOSE: Bledsoe, Chandler, Dudley, Milsap

Lots of moving pieces here. Shed 6mil a year on bad contracts (Chandler for Aldrich), add a more experience defensive big in Dieng who is also pretty young, get Tyus as a potential starting caliber PG, dump dudley's contract and add depth at guard in shumpert. They may not want to move Bledsoe, but he's said he wants to win so out of respect to Bledsoe, they should move him

I know there's a lot of moving pieces here (10 players and 3 picks), but it's my best-case scenario for every team if the Timberwolves want to keep Wiggins and Kyrie wants to be on MIN

That will not land you Irving sorry.

So Minnesota gives up scrubs, and big contract and get the best player, yet suns give up 2nd best player, and take on big contracts plus scrubs? Yep you nailed it lol.

I don't think the Cavs will agree, but i do like the idea of adding Dieng to the suns young core!
I like what you are thinking but i don't think it will play out.
Would be fun to watch though!

The Suns give up 2 bad contracts for 2 bad contracts and save 5mil a year in doing so. Plus they get Dieng, who average 10, 8, 2, 1, 1 and is solid starting PF who would fit well in Phoenix with Bender, Chriss, and Len. Plus Jones is a good young point that can develop into a starter. And Minnesota is also giving up two 1st's and a 2nd, not just giving up scrubs.

Aldrich might get you Dudley as a money saver, but PHX needs more if they are giving up Bledsoe. Aldrich would be a nice get financially, and he keeps Len from leveraging an overpaid contract out of the Suns. At least send them Patton.

I think Dieng is more valuable to Thibs and his two-bigs offense, and while he is under-rated for all the little things he does, his contract is four years, and probably not valuable to the Suns. Most people don't know Bjelica, so I doubt he adds much trade value.

With this trade, MIN is sending out their 2015 pick (Tyus), their 2017 pick (Patton), the 2018 OKC 1st, and their own 2020. Granted, they are stacking up quarters to try to make a dollar, but Kyrie is getting at best 75 cents on the dollar like other star trades, and this is four quarters. Good attempt.

Tlane13 your still not getting it dieng numbers are a joke, and phoenix is already loaded at of. Why would they give up Bledsoe just to exchange contracts? Dudley and. Handler were brought in for veteran presence and leadership.
