Really hate that as a Lakers fan.

How? I think that team could challenge the Warriors and if they upset them then likely win the finals.

Not a Lakers fan but I agree with USA. I don't like the entire banana boat idea if your goal is to compete for a championship. That team would have a very short window to compete and I think would be worse than the current Cavs team and not have a chance against Warriors. All the guys are past their prime and I think the chances for them to realistically compete together has all but gone down the drain so if they were to get together it would be just to finally get together and maybe finally get Paul past the 2nd round.

Okay yea Paul, Wade, Melo, and LeBron are declining but look at all the guys on the rise, Lonzo, Zubac, Ingram, Nance, and Kuzma. Ingram could actually be better than and start over Anthony. I think Ingram will eventually be a good matchup on KD with their length.

NBA, how would those guys be on the rise if they are on the shadow of those 4 players who are trying to compete for a championship. I'm not saying that's a terrible idea but i would rather give our young players time to develop together (just like GS did) and somehow snag a young superstar from free agency rather than compete now in Warriors era.

If Lakers get LeBron he's not going to sign for less then 40 mil, one of his goals is to be paid the most in the nba . Curry and harden get close to 40 mil a year so you can guarantee he is going to ask more then them . I don't see Anthony signing for less then 30 mil a year . Heck he makes 26 mil now . Mike Conley makes 29 mil a year what makes you think chris Paul is going to accept anything less then that a year .
