I still don't understand why people think DA is going to move Thomas Crowder AND picks for Kyrie. I'm as skeptical as anyone that Thomas can sustain this production, but that production WAS Kyrie's production. They did pretty much the same thing, and Kyrie did that with defenses keyed on LeBron, while IT was the one being keyed on. In my opinion, even with a little regression, they're too close to justify also getting rid of Crowder and what should be a fantastic pick in another potentially loaded draft.

I think, you have the Celtics and Nuggets overpaying. Although, the Celtics would probably need to have a significantly better offer than other teams to convince the Cavs to give them Irving. I'm not sure it's worth it for them to do it. Maybe, Harris and a pick or Mudiay and Harris would be offered for Thomas but not all 3. That said, if the Cavs could get that for Irving, Dan Gilbert would give him a piggy back ride to Boston. Crowder would be a perfect fit as the Cavs sixth man and the high level, versatile, 3 and D wing, who can play the 4 that they need, aguaranteed top 5 pick, another potential lottery pick (most likely in the low 20s), Gary Harris who would fit perfectly at the starting sg and has allstar potential, and Mudiay who would be a solid back up pg with potential to develop into a starter and would a solid answer for the mismatches that Shaun Livingston creates.
