The Cavs get the perfect SG to plug in between Lebron and Thomas. They also end up with the back up center they need.

The Spurs get the legitimate starting pg that they need and solid replacements for Anderson and Green.

The Suns get two great locker room guys in Parker and Frye who are on expiring contracts. They get 3 decent prospects and 2 firsts in the up coming draft. This also will help them in the race for the lottery.
