Ind says no. They love Turner.

I'm not sure why OKC is even in this trade. Boston would be better off keeping Morris and giving up one of their own firsts and that seems like a much better deal for Indy than taking on Kanter's contract.

I think Brown and the 2 firsts would be solid value for Turner, but like jvoug said, Indy really seems to like Turner and should. I think someone would have to drastically overpay for the Pacers to part with him.

Also, the C's have gone from being wing heavy to needing Brown on the roster. I see Indy saying no because they do see Turner as a future star, but i don't see Boston wanting to give Brown right now either.

Triangle, I agree they would be pretty thin if they gave up Morris and Brown, but If it's just Brown, Morris and Smart could take care of back up sf and sg and there are a few free agents out their that can give you solid minutes on the wing (there will most likely be even more after buyout season) . A trade like this would lock in 4 of their starting 5 for the next 6 or 7 years.

I'd be very torn on this one. I love Turner, but I also think Brown is going to become something special too. I'm also thinking he's likely to slot into the starting lineup at SG. I think Smart has the ability to be the starting SG, but I think on a team level he fits better with Rozier in the second pairing. I don't really see any other guys on the roster who fit so seamlessly into the top 4 guards unless Larkin REALLY shows something. If he and Rozier could be a capable pair, and Smart's offseason work translates to the game court, this could be something I'd do.

i don't dislike this for Indy.
I really like Turner, but he's not going to bring us to the finals.
J Brown can become good too and that pick woul give us two high lottery picks next year.
