Mavs should add an stronger SG that can attack the rim and run plays as well by defending good.

Cavs:
-McRoberts

Mavs:
-Shumpert

For now Mavs would improve the backcourt.

Maybe Shumpert plays a great year or he is willing to step out for the next year. If not, Shumpert and Wes are similar Players, Wes may a bit more committed overall but next year he is older as has only 1y 17m left. So if Shumpert works or stays Mavs could trade Wes to a contender / good team that Need some SG/SF to free cap space. (Pelicans, Raptors, Pistons or LAC or OKC)

That would be a good move for both teams.

Shumpert has no value.

Not a fan of it for the Cavs. Atleast until IT is back Shumpert looks to be in the rotation and after trading Jefferson, the Cavs would end up being pretty thin on the wing if someone missed time. Plus, the Cavs have 4 more traditional bigs on the roster and it looks like their plans is to only play them at the 5. I don't think Mcroberts would in the Cavs rotation and the chances he is even reasonably healthy this year are pretty slim.
