That nets pick won’t be any good they have a better chance at making the playoffs.

They're still the nets 100% chance that's a lotto pick.

They're 3 and 5 lost, lost their last 3 and they've started their season with an extremely soft schedule. I think the pick will be 5th or 6th at best. There is no way that team even sniffs the playoffs. The only teams that are worse than Brooklyn are the Bulls, Hawks, Kings, and maybe Mavs. Although, the Mavs have a better roster imo than Brooklyn and could get it together at some point. Honestly the best the Cavs would do for Lopez is something like Shumpert, Zizic and maybe a 2nd.

That Nets pick will be good. Last year, they also had a good start.
The Mavs and the Kings will start winning later in the year.
So the top trhee picks will go to Atlanta, Bulls or Nets.

Remember the nets won't be shutting players down or throwing games at the end of season the pick should be around 5-10 mark unlikely to be top 3 again.

Rad, which teams that are bad have veteran players they'll shut down? The only teams I've really seen do it are the Lakers, who had to tank hard to keep their pick and 76ers. PHX isn't going to shut down Booker without an injury, the Mavs aren't going to intentionally tank, Schroeder won't be sitting many games, Orlando and the Pacers look good enough to contend for a playoff spot, the Kings might shut players down, the Lakers are going to try to win to stay out of the range where they lose the pick, Chicago doesn't have veterans they can really shut down not the that t matters, and the rest of the West will be fighting for a playoff spot atleast until the allstar break.

Plus, look at the next 15 or so games for Brooklyn. 2 trips out West sandwiched with 10 games in the middle against playoff teams and they're already on a 4 game losing streak. By the end of that stretch that team will be folding like a house of cards.

Looks like draft lottery is in Chicago rigged for bulls?

You never give up a top 10 pick for Robin Lopez, never, ever, ever.

@rkenne i hate to nitpick the great analysis u made, but the lakers don't get their first in any event, 1st or 6 and after phil keeps it, 2-5 and its boston’s
and i will eat my hat if the pacers make the playoffs.
