Hornets/ Suns

To CHA: Monroe (Exp), Chriss, Ulis, Miami 2018 first

To PHO: Walker, Williams

Hornets are a disappointment again, and are scheduled to pay the luxury tax this year and next as a lottery team. Moving an All-Star in Walker hurts, but to get rid of a bad deal and drop below the luxury tax, it's the only way the Hornets will get real assets back. They get Monroe's expiring deal, two young players with some potential and a first that should fall between 12-18.

Suns spent all summer chasing a big time PG, and they get one in Walker. They have the cap space next year to eat Williams deal, and then have that deal come off the books when it's time to re-sign Walker in the summer of 2019.

it's a good trade for both teams, i like it.

Maybe they should involve NO to get Cousins too.

Phoe: D Cousins+ K Walker

Cha: Mornoe+ Chriss+Ulis/ 1rnd pick Miami

NO: M Williams+ 1rnd pick Phoe.

Not a bad deal, all in all. but. Booker now holds more power over player decisions within the Suns than a 21 yr old player ever should (and they want him to have it) and Ulis is his close friend.

Kemba's not going anywhere although I could see the Suns taking M Williams for locker room and vet presence as Chandler and Monroe should be traded away by the deadline. M Chriss's would look good in a Hornets uni.
