Boston gets: Gasol, Evans, J. Ennis
- Upgrade at center and on a better contract

Philli gets Horford
- Adds good partner with Embiid and can even move Embiid to the 4 for more mismatches

Memphis gets: Bayless, A. Johnson, Saric and J. Brown
- Cuts tax, adds exp contracts to flip for more assets, takes a step in the rebuild and likely land a top 5 pick.

I don't know if Gasol is actually any better than Horford in Stevens' system. I'd actually argue he's not. Horford really seems to be the perfect player for Brad Stevens to coach. I'm also not moving what I think is going to be a likely all star in Brown to get Evans for half a season, especially when they could get him without sending any players back at all.

No way the Celtics do this. Horford and Gasol are basically identical in talent, and the Celtics would not give up Jaylen Brown for a one year rental and an end of the bench player.
