Not sure the salaries work, and I think two unprotected 1sts is too much. But I do like the value if it's just one 1st.

Wizards are in the luxury tax with this deal, would have to include Tim Frazier, and it would work. 1 unprotected 1st this season (it won't be lottery anyway), and the 2nd. That looks pretty good. Williams is going to take minutes from Porter though.
