Grizzlies trade - Conley

Suns sign Cousins, Barton and Mccaw

Conley - Ulis
Booker - Mccaw

I wouldn't trade the pick alone. That's more then likely going to be a top 5 pick, and there's about 7 players in the draft that are close to Conley talent already. He's not even a top 10 guard. Plus he's got a huge contract.

If you take out the pick, that's something I would consider as Phoenix. They can add a really good, but expensive, guard to pair with Booker and should have a top pick to add another young stud. With how cheap everyone on the roster is, they'll be able to afford him.

I still think Bender and Chriss can be solid players, so this might be something Memphis would be willing to do. They're also trying to shed salary like crazy, and Knight is significantly cheaper than Conley with one less year. They can try to move Gasol too, and start the rebuild now.
