LAC says yes, CLE says no. There's looming salary implications with both Lou, and Jordan, and James. Not trading the BRK pick says a lot about their future plans.

Cleveland would have to consider this Jorga. The contract situation does create a long term issue but for this season alone. Jordan and Williams would help fix their problems on the court and after this season they would deal with the contracts when Lebron makes his decision. The main selling point in this trade though is the extra pick. Doesn’t matter which first it is. The would still have two first and most likely 2 between 15-25 range that they can either select players still on draft night or package those of another return. The extra pick though is only 5-10 slots back from the Nets pick which makes this deal hard to pass.

I still think Thompson, and Shumpert are the last things on LAC mind. I didn't notice the 1st going to CLE the first time I commented either. There will have to be no other offers of significance to LAC for these guys to be CAVS. LAC is definitely not giving a first for this in any way. Thompson is overpaid, and so is Shumpert.
