Not bad value wise, but pretty difficult to give up a top 3 pick when you're a rebuilding team still a couple of years away from competing.

I don't see it for the Kings. They aren't competing any time soon and don't have their pick next year. Plus, Hield is a similiar (not nearly as good though) player and they just need to continue their rebuild.

On the flip side, I can’t see Portland doing this either. If they make this trade, they’d have to trade Lillard as well, because they’re basically committing to a full rebuild.
