Of the 37 mil mistake POR made, Harkless is the best value. Maybe if it was M. Leonard. He is a starter in POR. He's shooting 38% from 3 this season. The way he's been playing for the last 12 he's worth his 10 mil salary.

Well, I was just looking for a bad contract. Leonard is fine too. He can be a good backup for Sabonis
Indy can sign Reddick to a 20M 2y contract (10M a year)

Watching Harkless the last two months, I wouldn’t give up a first to unload him. He’s not worth the money he’s paid, but he’s not a non factor like Leonard is. Also, Portland can’t afford to give away wings, they’re already incredibly thin there.
