If Lebron stays and Memphis wants to do right by Conley and Gasol:

Cavs receive: Conley and Gasol
Memphis receive: Hill, Thompson, Osman, Zizic, 2x future seconds

Memphis ship out two expensive vets and clear up their cap sheet whilst receive young assets to start their rebuild.

Cavs can use the Brk pick to add a SF/PF to round out the roster.

PG: Conley, Clarkson
SG: Hood, korver, smith
SF: James, ?
PF: Love, ?
C: Gasol, Nance

If you want Gasol and Connelly Clevand Brooklyn pick is the first step.

not without the Brooklyn pick and a future 1rnd pick :-)

Memphis needs to do right by their franchise, not Conley. If they trade him, they need to take the best offer, not to send Conly the best place for him.

Starting a rebuild is not a license for giving up All Stars for mediocre pieces. Cleveland would need to add Bklyn pick and take a bad contract off Memphis hands.

I think you would need the Brooklyn pick to get this done, but at this point is either Gasol or Conley a potential allstar at this point. Gasol seems to be significantly worse this year particularly on defense and coming off a season ending injury, how much better is Conley over Hill? If they can both be as good as they were last year, it's a great trade for the Cavs, but there is the chance that they're both significantly worse and the team isn't even better after the trade.

Unless the Nets pick is involved, Memphis won't do this trade.
