Who says no?

Lakers trade: Lonzo Ball, #25 Cavs Pick, Luol Deng, 2018 2nd and Ivica Zubac
Lakers receive: Kemba Walker, Willy Hernangomez, and Dewayne Dedmon

Hornets trade: Kemba Walker, Willy Hernangomez and #11 Pick
Hornets receive: Lonzo Ball, #25 Cavs Pick, #30 Rockets pick (via Hawks), Lakers 2018 2nd rounder & Ivica Zubac

Hawks trade: #30 Rockets Pick and Dewayne Dedmon
Hawks receive: #11 Hornets Pick and Luol Deng

Lakers clear cap space to go after Lebron and PG by sacrificing Ball to get rid of Deng's contract. Lakers still receive an all-star point guard and two useful bigs on very good contracts.

Hornets trade Kemba (final contact year) and their lottery pick but receive a future all star PG in Lonzo and still receives 2 late 1sts and a 2nd rounder which are valuable in this very deep draft. There will be good players drafted last 1st round and even the 2nd round.

Hawks will have a ton of cap space and add Deng as a salary filler while swapping the #30 for #11.

Alternatively the Cavs pick could go to the Hawks who keep #30 and then give up #19 to the Hornets if Hornets find a player they like at #19.

Phoenix could also do a trade with Lakers as Ball would be a great fit for the Suns next to Booker.

its a good deal for the lakers win-now timeline, i'd keep lonzo, but they traded russell to dump mosgov, so getting back an all star while offing deng is a no-brainer. and they will need good role players if they give 2/ 3 of their payroll to lebron and pg (or someone next summer) so i like hernangomez and dedmon (who would have to opt in)
