Mem has no cap space. So if can they keep the pick there never going to actually be able to build around it unless they trade Gasol and Conley so y not upgrade at power foward. Get rid of parsons And get young players with experience especially Hood.

The Grizzlies don't look to be trying to rebuild. That would be a really good offer if they're trying to put players around Conley and Gasol, if they're trying to win now.
