It's what it would take to make the Pelicans think about, but it's not worth it for the Celtics. They have a team that can compete and has an outside shot at a title as soon as next year. If they're committed to getting a big man, it seems like the draft is probably they're best bet. They have the picks to trade up this year, if they're interested. I don't think it would be hard for them to move up as high as 2 or 4 if they're willing to move a guy like Rozier and muliptle future picks.

@rk is right, trading up makes more sense than giving up brown+tatum. they have the assets to get to 1 but jackson or bamba makes more sense for them so 3 or 4 works.

That's the problem with the AD to Boston trade ideas. There's no trade the Pelicans would want to take that wouldn't be too much for the Celtics to part with.
