There are crazy ideas? Wait a second! Complex but Maybe it happens? : )

Mavs can trade Noel till 30 of Juni because of the birth rights. Since Denver will have no cap by keeping Barton and Jokic, Noel could be a nice complement to sign over the cap. As a defense Partner/Backup to Jokic. Dallas can use 14 for a SG like Walker, Smith or Trent.

Denver: Noel, #56
Dallas: Faried, #14

Memphis cannot utilize Parsons. Without the have no wings. Conley, Wes, Gasol are a nice core on both sides. And they have the freedom to handle Wes next year. With the 1st next year they can adjust.

Memphis: Matthews, 1st 2019
Dallas: Parsons, #4

Mavs can bet that Doncic and Bamba available on 4 and 5 and take Smith or Walker at 14. Or they go the save way, because there is no conflict of interest since it seems Kings and Atlanta have other priorities on Bargley and Jackson. To go the secure way, Mavs could Change 2,3 with 4,5 by sending some Benefit to Kings (free cap on Shumpert), Hawks (pick) and they still get what they want:

Atlanta: #5, #33 from Mavs
Sacramento: #4
Dallas: #2, #3, take Shumpert

Shumpert can support SG and defense till Doncic and Smith/Walker take over.

Mavs still have cap for another strong Player > Randle.

Bamba, Faried, Powell
Randle, Dirk, Kleber
Barnes, Parsons, Finney-Smith
Doncic, Shumpert, Walker
Smith, Curry, Barea, Ferrell

Complex .. but all Teams have Benefits - only benefits!

I don’t think that a second round pick is enough for the Hawks to move down.

Everybody would agree Hawks would get Jackson as they want (if the report is Right) also with the 5th pick plus #33 to a new team. Since Dallas takes Doncic and Bamba with #2 and #3 as part of the deal.

And ok, it is not the Birthday, it is the bird Rights because of Mr. Bird - anyway, Noel can traded and Denver would have the choise.
