To TOR: Batum, Stone, Pick 11

To CHA: Derozan

If the Hornets decide to retool instead of rebuild, adding Derozan puts them in a better position to compete for the playoffs and convince Walker that it’s worth resigning.

Raptors get their man in the draft, Shai-Gilgeous Alexander with the 11th pick. While Batum struggled last season and is overpaid he’s still a quality NBA player who gives the Raps a different look. Stone is included only to bring the dollars within a million of each other, helping Charlotte avoid the luxury tax.
