I don't comprehend the logic of this the grizzlies aren't looking to take on age and salary they are looking for experienced young vet to help them compete. Bazemore doesn't do that and has a contract nearly equal to parsons.

They need help on the wing and Bazemore can give them that. Imo, he's a starting caliber player in the league. His contract isn't great, but he can atleast give you 30 minutes in a playoff series, Parsons can't. If they add those 3 players, retain Evans and can stay relatively healthy, they're a playoff team. They're owner recently said that they can be a 50 win team. He seems to be pretty motivated to win this year.

Bazemore sucks and shouldn't be a starter on any playoff team that would be looking to do some damage. He tried and tried in Atlanta and prince is now out playing him as the star then Schroeder, then probably Collins then bazemore. He's really inconsistent. Reminds me of crabbe except I'd rather have crabbe. He's a bencher and his contract isn't. Bad defender too.
