The Rockets get another elite offensive player that can give them another at times and can fit perfectly with the run and gun. Nance is another guy that can fit in with that defensive scheme. This is a team that has the Warriors on the ropes. You do this the Warriors are in serious trouble.

For the Cavs, they max out the return they can get on Love. Plus they save some money.

So Cleveland gets five draft choices and doesn't have to give up anything? I really like it from the Cavs' point of view. Rockets might have a tough time explaining it to their fans, though.
