Kawhi lands in LA, not to the team he really wants, but the Clips would have a better chance of resigning him than almost anyone else. Him, Bradley, Harrell and Beverley are a nightmare on D for opponents.

Clips don’t give up too much, but Spurs get a very good player in Harris and a prospect with upside in SGA.

Use part of mid-level to sign Mbah a Moute, and resign Bertrand, Anderson. Let Forbes, Parker, Joffrey walk.

2018-19 Spurs

PG - Murray, Mills, SGA
SG - Green, Manu, Walker
SF - Harris, Anderson, Belinelli
PF - Gay, Mbah a Moute, Bertans
C - LMA, Gasol

Spurs stay competitive this year, let Walker and SGA develop slowly and take bigger roles in ‘19-20. This team wins 50-52 games, and has space next year when Green, Manu, and Gay come off the books. Gasol also becomes an expiring deal who may have some trade value. Murray, SGA, Walker, Harris, Anderson and LMA lead the team into their next era.

Everyone go please watch what cris carter said on ESPN today. He spoke directly to kawhi. Kawhi never said specifically the lakers. He said LA. The Clippers have a great shot at him. This offer however is not enough.
