This is Horrible for the Cavs lol!? Zizic is cheap and has a bright future. I’d rather keep Love and Zizic instead of trading them for this crap lol!

Plus Boston owns Memphis #1 in 2019, I think 1-7 protection. Memphis can't include it in a trade.

Why would the Cavs have any interest in moving a pick, Osman and Zizic? Osman was a solid player last year and Zizic looked decent when he played at the end of the plus the coaching staff seemed pretty excited about the strides he made. Zizic, Osman, Sexton, and their picks are really the only things that the Cavs shouldn't be willing to shop.

@jv probably being traded by bos, which is an overpay for gasol, i'd rather keep horford. but i like this for the cavs, those are valuable picks.

Dona, would either of those picks be all that valuable? Given what those 2 teams added plus Conley being back, those are probably late lottery picks. Love on his own is probably worth something like a late lottery pick, Zizic and Osman have shown enough that I wouldn't imagine the Cavs would trade them for a late 1st and it's hard to predict where that Cavs pick could be. It could easily be a top 5 pick.

@rk yes, best case (rebuild speaking) they get 3 lottery picks. if they tank “well enough” to make their own pick top 10 they keep it from atl. having 3 lottery picks allows you to move up into the top 5, or you draft 3 nice players. and the 2021 is kinda a now-later tradeoff.
